MICAR and DORA Workshop by HVG Law & EY - Exclusive for official BCNL Members

On Wednesday the 18th of September from 09:00-13:00 BCNL & EY (HVG Law) provide an exclusive and free workshop about DORA and MICAR. This event is only accessible to official BCNL members and partners. Our esteemed partner EY welcomes you to join this insightful gathering with limited spots at their office, bringing their best experts on these topics, by offering a half-day to get you fully equipped to make your organization compliant.  The session is most interesting for compliance & legal professionals, security engineers, IT managers, and C-level. 

Program contents: 

• the MiCAR license application process and the role of DORA therein (0,5 hr);
• the structure of DORA and its main legal obligations (1 hr);
• best practices regarding the implementation of DORA as Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) or issuer of asset-referenced tokens (1,5 hrs); and
• moderated discussion regarding DORA as well as any other questions or issues raised by the participants (1 hr).
